Notice the tankless, or exterior tankless toilet that also is not attached to the floor. Sure hope there is no plumbing issues and that it is firmly attached to the wall. The silver knob to the left is, as Geoff affectionately calls it the built in "butt washer".

For all the good use of space, I wonder why this cabinet does not go to the floor and one more drawer. The counters, in both bath and kitchen, are lower than we are used to. Turks are, for the most part, shorter.
Nice rain shower with jets and a hand shower. You would be surely clean if you used all 3 at once.
