The Dedeman Resort Hotel, advertised as a 5 star hotel, but it is an older facility, so maybe a 4 would be more appropriate. It is undergoing renovation of all rooms, and May Agro Seed is lucky to have a contract for certain rooms, so we had the new rooms. The public areas, however, are probably what gives it a 5 star rating. The breakfast buffet took up about 5 or 6 large serving areas, so can only imagine what the dinner buffet must have been like. The hotels here are often booked "all inclusive" which is your room, all meals, and activities available on site. There were guests from Iran, Russia, Germany, The Netherlands, as well as Turks. English was readily spoken and the staff extremely helpful. This was the view from down at the sundeck on the water. The coast is a rocky coast, so there was not a "beach" per se, but a sunning area and swim area, with diving platform. The beaches were on other areas along the coast, but the sand was rather coarse and rocky.

View from our balcony across the pool area to the sea. There was an indoor and outdoor pool, a spa area with massage, Turkish Bath, sauna, exercise room. This is only a portion of the pool.

"Aqua Park" the water park that adjoined the hotel and was free to hotel guests. I can see my kids, grandkids, niece and nephew enjoying that.

The elevator, from the sea level looking up, that you use to go from ground/pool level to the sun deck and swim area. It is a creaky old thing and you hope it makes it up and down.

The drink/snack cabana situated just out from the pool. Too early to be open yet. Notice the ivy which has grown up the trunk of the palm tree and covering the roof.
