After the falls, we had dinner with two of the bosses in Old Antalya on the patio of a restaurant overlooking the old harbor. The gentleman to the right, in the darker blue polo, is Yusef. He is the son of the man who actually started MAY Agro Seed, and he, along with his cousin, now run the business, although Dad is still a presence. The other gentleman, Ahmet, is the new vegetable breeder in Antalya, and was our personal tour guide the next day around the area.

The other boss, Hamdi, on the left, along with Ahmet. Both Hamdi and Yusef are truly gentlemen and we have enjoyed a number of meals with them and with their families as well. They are very knowledgeable about their country and are happy to always answer your questions.

We were actually there. The meals with these guys are always interesting. They take the liberty to order, usually the specialty of where you are or something special to Turkey that they want you to try. I can say we have not had anything bad. The meal usually consists of several "starters", like 5, 6, or 7, always small, and always different. Most cold, some hot. On this occasion, the "hot" one was grilled octopus leg. Boy was I skeptical, but I have to admit, it was really good, very tender, more like a white fish than say chicken, with a nice smokey grilled taste. Depending on the type of restaurant, you might order your own entre, but in this case, as it was a fish restaurant, they took the liberty to order fish for all. They brought this huge fish to the table to show, then took it away to grill, and returned it cooked and filleted. Yummy! Most meals are finished with fresh fruit of the season and/or a desert. You never go away hungry, rather over stuffed.

This is not the best photo, for some reason our camera objects to lights at night. Or, it could be the operator that needs to learn to use it better. Regardless, the name of the restaurant was "Arma" which means insignia or coat of arms, and they projected it via laser across the harbor to the walls of the old city. It was pretty cool.
