The 13th century Fluted Minaret, has become the symbol of Antalya. The red bricks were once decorated with turquoise tiles. If you can zoom in, there are a few remaining in some portions. The adjoining mosque is still in use today.

The Fluted Minaret at sundown.

Portion of the old walls surround Old Antalya. The stairs appear to go to no where, however, it was probably a guard tower.

The Clock Tower, built in 1244, marks the upper limit of Old Town, and was once part of the city's defensive system.

7:30 pm marks the time we were there.
