The sign for the restaurant. We ate on a veranda overlooking the lake. I think this floating area might be in peak season when they get bus loads of tourists in for a trout meal. The "o" with 2 dots is pronounced like the "o" in golf, and the "s" with the apostrophe on the bottom, is a "sh" sound. The "i" has no dot over it, and it sounds like a hard "uhhh" sound. Now you can pronounce the word??????

Trout tanks, where the fish came from, fresh that day.

Patiently waiting....and enjoying the views

And finished...A "shepherd's salad" of chopped fresh tomatoes, onion, cucumber, parsley, drizzled with olive oil and squeezed lemon; grilled whole trout, grilled peppers and the always present french fries and tons of fresh bread.
