
The first "herd" of cattle we saw. Mostly you see just 2 or 3 milk cows, or maybe 10. This appeared to be some form of beef cattle. Most beef is imported because there is not a fast enough turn around in money for these small farmers. Cattle are most dairy.

We weren't sure what these people were harvesting in what looked like a weed patch, but we saw quite a few fields where this was happening. Whatever it was, they would stack it in little piles to be picked up. Geoff's job is to ask at work what it might be.
